Exam scores are sent, via email, within 7 business days after the exam date to allow for proper review of your exam. If there were any issues with the exam or any issues while the exam was being taken such as multiple module opens, detection of screenshots or other prohibited activities, the exam may take up to 30 days for extensive review. 

Please note that if there were any issues such as power outages, software incompatibility or other documented problems addressed by your proctor and noted in your file during your exam, those will not negatively affect your scoring.
